4. Items are based on first come first serve basis.

6. All prices are fixed. No negotiable as I have to be fair to other buyers.

7. Price stated inclusive postage fee.

8. Reservation is allowed up to three (3) days only. Fail at such, we reserve the right to cancel and resell the item without prior notice.

9. All transactions are final. Sold goods are not returnable/ refundable. So please kindly check the size (as measurement is given).

10. We ensure all items sold are in excellent condition. We are not liable for any damage or loss due to manhandling during delivery.

11. Please take note that colours of the item(s) displayed here might slightly differ in the final product due to photographing and monitor resolution.

12. Sold item will be labeled SOLD OUT from the list to avoid confusion.

13. Tracking number will be provided for your reference by email/ sms.

3. Check your email within 24 hrs for stock confirmation,delivery & payment procedure.

4. You must contact us within three (3) days to confirm your order.

5. For Pre-Order item, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required once order has been confirmed.

6. No cancellation can be made after confirmation.

7. Item(s) are not refundable/exchangeable once payment has been made.
